Founded from the inside

Aegis started because the founders kept seeing the same failure modes: enforcement programs run by agencies that did not understand the legal implications of their evidence, or by in-house teams that had the legal knowledge but lacked investigative infrastructure.

We built Aegis to close that gap. Every program we run is designed with both perspectives in mind — investigator-grade intelligence feeding counsel-ready evidence bundles.

We do not take every engagement. We work with a small number of clients per year to ensure each program receives the attention it requires.
